A Trusted Brand, but My Trust is Wavering
My experience with these Bluetooth earbuds has been quite frustrating. When attempting to connect, I noticed two separate connections. When I connected to one, only the left side seemed to work, and when I connected to the other, only the right side functioned. To differentiate them, I even went ahead and named one "Pongpong" for the left side and the other "Penguin" for the right side.
However, my troubles didn't end there. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I decided to reset the earbuds. Surprisingly, after doing this, the Bose app now displays two entirely new devices with the names "Pongpong" and "Penguin." This has left me wondering what might be wrong with this product.
Overall, my experience with these earbuds has been marred by connectivity issues and confusion surrounding the device naming. It seems there may be a technical problem that needs attention or a clearer setup process for such a product.
