The Capsika gel is good for relieving muscular pain on a temporary basis. I use it daily twice a day when my joints and muscles are tender. Be prepared to receive the gel with a delay, it comes from Thailand. I received it with a 2 week delay.

Arrived in an unsatisfactory condition
1 von 2 finden das hilfreich I ordered this item as a gift. The item arrived in a box which was not presentable at all. SPF60 sunscreen is overpriced too. Compare- SPF50 is only $10.00

I am using the sunscreen, it is light and good on the skin.
