  I won this item. No reserve. Paid for the item, then suddenly refunded. Refund states out of stock. This tactic is not going to work. I have previously experienced this same issue. If the seller does want to except the lower than anticipated bid, then they need to place a reserve. Cancelling the bid on a winning bid on item is dishonest business practice. Buyers, watch out carefully on this seller. An honest seller will accept the low winning bid. Ebay need to remove dishonest sellers.
