Thought this was a good deal
7 von 7 finden das hilfreich I bought this hood thinking it was a great deal on a quality product. Since receiving it I have changed my opinion. The fiberglass was not laid properly and there are scratches and dings all over it. Most notable on a corner. Normally I would attribute this to shipping and handling but in this case it is obvious not ALL of these cosmetic flaws can be blamed on the shipping. The fiberglass around the vents still has fringe on it that needs addressed and the vents themselves look like they were cut with an exacto-knife. The hood is very light but feels very flimsy. The mounting holes where the rod that clasps the hood latch are not the same as the factory so I will either have to drill new holes which I am afraid of doing or customs make a latch rod. All in all this hood will need an addition 5-6 hours of work at least before I can even think about priming it and I wish I had just spent the money on a better product.
