heavy but lovely book full of information and pctures

buy this book in combination with the Keto recipe book for satisfying and tasty way to be healthier and feel better
Fail to prepare and prepare to fail.....is a statement in this book...so true but read the book for lots of information and to set you off on a better way of living I did it and achieved what it said in weight loss.

sturdy efficient little helper
the hand blender is powerful and quick to do the task and the processor is a better size than my previous one but for some people they may find the handle/motor slightly heavy but the extra power is worth it., total value for money.
