I bake cookies several times a year and they are very customized, colors, toppings and shapes. When we are finished people insist that they are store bought. My daughter and I pressed 900 cookies in under 4 hours with this press(s). I also do some commercial baking and this by far is the one I recommend. The type of cookie dough will cause pressure and crack the plastic cylinders. Ergonomically, this press is easier to use then the trigger press, with a single tap you can press your cookies. I now own 6 of this press and will spend less time pressing cookies and enjoying the end results on my friends faces. Great product, I use no other.
