I bought this not long ago and have now ...

I bought this not long ago and have now fitted this gear box to my van but second gear is slipping and it’s just not right I’ve had it fitted for three days now and it’s jumping 2nd gear it’s the exact same fault I already had and I for sure am not paying 500 pound for a faulty gearbox it’s a joke, also in the photo the gear box is not as shown, in the picture it’s a nice looking refurbished and shiny gearbox and that’s not what came at all the gear box looks dirty and used.
