Great product, nice quality, good size.
I have a big head, and the hat was a little tight. That being said, I was impressed it fit at all since it's rare that costume hats fit me! The hat is a darker shade of blue than the Dumb & Dumber costume tuxedos available elsewhere, but it's not enough to notice at a glance. My friend and I emceed a Halloween improv show in Dumb & Dumber tuxes and this was exactly what I needed to top off the look.
