Sharper screen than Kindle.
In short, I like this Nook very much. The interface is a little clunky. But definitely fine once you know it.
In terms of reading a book, I prefer this Nook over the similar Kindle that I own. For me, the screen is easier and more comfortable to read than the Kindle. Using it online at the BN store works very well also.
Another big plus is that this Nook has physical buttons for page turning and going to the home screen. I prefer that.
Charging time and battery life are great.
Very easy to set up. You will need a BN account, which is free of course.

One of the best ST novels I have read.
I have read many ST novels over the years and most of the official DS9 continuation. This one stands out. It really feels like Garak wrote it. This isn't suprising because Andrew Robinson is the actor who played hime so well for seven years. Many authors, who write about established characters, don't have a real feel for who they are or how they speak. This is not true here.
The book itself follows Garaks activities after the Dominion War and his struggle to cope with everything. While doing that, he remembers things from his past and we are exposed to more of this complex character. Most of the book is in the form of messages to Dr. Bashir so it is in the first person. This only helps the reality of it.
If you like DS9 in general, and Garak in particular, I would give it a try.
