Disney Dumbo 2016 Hallmark Musical Ornament 75th Anniversary Baby Mine Circus

Inspired Ornament

Probably the most heartfelt moment of Disney's Dumbo is when his mother is locked up as a violent elephant because she was defending her son being bullied; little Dumbo approaches her, locked away in a train car, and she can only caress and hold him with her trunk as touching Baby Mine plays. Who doesn't tear up at that one? This ornament captures that moment, one of the most touching in all Disney movies. Hallmark does another great job here. I like to collect ornaments and like Disney too. So I try to get something good that representative of each Disney film I like. Although there are many different Dumbo ornaments, this is the perfect one for me.

Good Addition for a Collector

I collect ornaments and have always liked Godzilla since I was a kid. Althiough I've never gotten the previous Carlton Godzilla ornaments, I decided to get this year's (2015) because of this ornament. Both 2015 Godzilla and King Ghidorah are in scale to each other and have similar bases so make a great matching set. This particular ornament is large, with that wing span, very large. The detail is nice, the classic movie sounds and lightning bolts are spot on and he faces off against Godzilla nicely. I wish there was a little more color to him than just gold, but oh well. Hopefully next year they'll have a matching Rodan and Mothra.
