I have been collecting records and djing for about 23 years. In college I was a Gavin and CMJ reporter (industry trade mags), which luckily got me a good amount of promo copies directly from the labels. I also ran my own label for some time.

Great responsive and quality controller for the price

I moved from Serato DJ Pro + Technic 1200s to this, so of course the controller is not as responsive as a turntable, but it's great for mixing and even most scratches (but takes some getting used to). The looping and onboard controls for the effects are tactile, well placed and fun to use.
Also, the build quality on this is solid - not all flimsy and toy-ish.
This is a good controller for those who are coming from the old school 2 turntable world, without breaking the bank.
