A different type of mouth guard
I never liked any mouth/teeth guard in the past. I had an expensive 1 made from my dentist. I'll never do that again. It cost me a lot of $ & then in the end, when I didn't use it much, it shrank & I could no longer use it. These Placker's are good because it's almost like you do not have a guard in. You can use them a while before throwing them out.

wish i had bought these sooner
did some canning in the past, never threw out the jars............love these lids. I reuse the jars & these lids are great!
