Poor product feed back
1 von 11 finden das hilfreich Made an awful winding noise seems to be coming from cooling fan. Returned to Microsoft for repair. Eventually they returned it after it was lost for a few days in the post! On examination before start up it was noticed by many that the had replaced it with a new machine different ID number on it’s tag! Started the machine up and it has the same fault (horrible winding noise coming from the fan) now in the process of returning it to Microsoft.

Worth the money
Bought two (mine and hers), she seems to rave about it doing her much good more than me, anything to keep her quiet! They do seem to make sleep easier.
