  The seller showed interest in solving the problem. I had problems with the translation of the messages and I rated the seller incorrectly. I don t have the reel due to shipping problems, but from USPS not from the seller. The seller made the corresponding refund, I don t have the reel but at least I have the money. I appreciate that the seller rates truthfully, as I did.

  Item was advertised as new but showed up in a deodorant box wrapped in towels smelling like fuel with no receipts or spec sheet. Item is evidently used.Edit: Seller has been harassing me and telling me I am a liar regarding my experience with this purchase. Went so far as to request a revised review with eBay. If the part works, it was a great deal. If it doesn’t, that’s why I got the insurance on it at purchase.

  Misleading pictures and inaccurate description of condition. The seller’s photos and description were substantively different from the item that was sent. The photos were misleading, and the description inaccurately stated the item was "in perfect condition". In fact, it was in very rough condition, well beyond normal wear. A return has been requested and feedback will be updated to reflect the seller’s response.

  I would avoid this seller at all cost. They’re now accusing me of committing a scam. All I asked for was a simple return and they are bombarding me with hostile and illogical communication. Fortunately eBay protects buyers from fraud and every Dupont lighter has a unique serial number stamped in the base. This was an aggravating experience and a huge waste of time. Echoing past reviews, this seller is bad news and should not be trusted.
