Not keyed alike
This part does fit, and comes with 2 handles and 4 keys just like the picture shows. On the other hand, the the handles are not keyed alike. Each handle has 2 keys that work, but the other 2 will not work. I guess you get what you pay for.

Impressive
This product is truely impessive. I have had it now for over a month, and I think i have put it through its paces. Day to day it does fine, it keeps out lite splashes of water and alot of road dust. This weekend i took it on an off road trip. The trail had many water crossings (some fairly deep) and dusty conditions in between. So the filter would get splashed and then coated with dust and then repeat. I was plesently surprised when i pulled off the outer filter after the trail and found that the air filter looked freshly cleaned. Over all I'm very impresed.
