A good product, but not for VoIP.

I got these for my job as tech support, as the idea of a wireless headset that is comfortable to wear is very attractive. Unfortunately, the audio quality for any Internet-based chats is horrible. Discord? Horrible. Avaya? Horrible. I called Sannheiser technical support for help with this issue, but all they could tell me was it was a know issue with their headsets and I would have to buy a different type from them (much more expensive, much lower quality). Extremely disappointed with their response. On the bright side, they work well with phones and have good audio for listening to music. Overall, it is a decent product, but doesn't at all serve the purposes I bought them for. I will be looking elsewhere for my next headset, and doing a lot more research on the company that produces them.
