Ordered the item, was told it would be handed to the post office on a certain day and I would get my tracking number. The day came and went, no tracking number however the seller messaged me themselves to confirm that they could not post it on that day and they would post it the next day (they did). The seller did not have to do this which was a massive bonus for me. Items arrived well packaged - A+ seller!
