The chair itself is very nice, and did not come with a strange smell like others have reported. The only downside was that whoever had screwed in the set screw for the air cylinder did a horrible job to the point where the chair would fall with only a very small amount of pressure applied. After removing the seat and loosening the set screw by about a whole turn, the chair is able to adjust height and hold it like normal.
