Operative Anatomy
I bought this book to help in preparing for the oral exam as my previous chief purchased it and it helped him with the exam. Excellent reference for everyday OR cases as well, which I have used throughout residency and now purchased my own copy. Easy read, great pictures.

Classic
By far my most favorite old school game. Reliving my childhood playing it. Along with Tecmo and Super Tecmo Bowl, these are the best. Graphics are poor compared with today's systems, but that's what I had growing up and loved it.
