Great scupts.
The build itself is superfluous and useless, but the figure sculpts are the best, by far - this is classic Rocksteady and Foot clan.

Buy it and give it to a kid!
Too hard to build for younger than about 8, but its super sturdy when done, and the way they made the handle is brilliant. The character is perfect addition to megabloks collection, already one of my son's favorites. The plastic is a little brittle after all these years, but the dragon is more rubbery - no problems there. Halo is cool and and all, but man I really wish they were still making these unlicensed lines.
