  Seller mentioned item was in perfect condition, but it was not. It was missing a strap. Contacted seller to show evidence of it missing but seller was not accommodating at all. First they insinuated I didn’t know where the strap was and was very dismissive. I took multiple photos to show it was missing. I asked to see if we could make arrangements to give me a small refund back so I can purchase the missing strap instead of wasting money sending the package back but seller refused. Was very rude
