Replacement cooker thermostat
I have an ALFHA Range Cooker that is 16 years old, the Company that made it went bankrupt about 10 years ago, so replacement parts are difficult to find. This replacement is nearly identical to the original so it was easy to fix and wire and works perfectly.
I am very pleased with this product.

Good to find an exact replacement
This is an original part which is no longer manufactured, so it allows a replacement to match the original set

A useful addition to the kitchen
I purchased this knowing that it would have limited use and should nor be used as a regular cooking utensil.
I have used it for a small non stick frying pan suitable for frying one egg and it worked fine. My wife has used it on a larger non stick frying pan and again it worked well.
I have also used it on a very small steel saucepan that the induction hob will not except because it is smaller than the ring and again it worked well.
