  Purchased tankini top and money was sent that same day. Top was never sent and money refunded which I was happy with. Was offered the top at a discount for my troubles. When I accepted I never got a response back from the seller. Did they really have this top or did they sell it to someone else for the full price? Disappointed!!

  I ordered and paid for a dress and than basically had to wait until after the “arrival” date to request a refund from “eBay Protection ” I messaged the seller 3 times and never got a response or tracking number. I never received the dress
