Wide Operating Voltage Range
It is very loud even at 3V and powered from a LR2032 coin cell battery. At full 12V, it is incredibly loud. Bottom of the audio jack is ground and anything above is positive. Very good alarm.

Support Bar Bent After Three Months Of Road Use
The rack worked pretty well initially. While it did not come with any instructions, it was rather easy to assemble by looking at the listing photos. However, after three months of regular use with supporting a 13 pound(6kg) battery, one of the support struct bent down while the bike went over a speed bump. Also yes, the paint does scratch away rather easily. The rack definitely works, and I would still recommend it. However, I would suggest not to put a weight *anywhere close* to the specified "25kg" and stick with under 4.5kg(10 pound) as 13 pound weight will bend the rack after a couple months if you go anything remotely bumpy. And after the support struct bend, the rack will no longer be able to be mounted flat.

Perfect Refill Kit For All Your Heat Shrink Needs!
It shipped from China but took less than a month to arrive. Came in a clear divider case as pictured, but there's no paper label on the top. The heat shrink seems to be pretty good quality and works well. What else is there to say?
