  When I received the Boardman overshoes I was extremely disappointed to find 2 large holes at the front of one of the overshoes. These were not visible in the photo. The information relating to the items stated that they were used. However, I didn't expect to see 2 large holes in something that is supposed to be waterproof. On contact, the seller expressed surprise and said the items were brand new. Ebay made contact with the seller and eventually I was refunded. Very pleased with the service
