Great mini stepper that's quiet and easy to use
This is a great mini stepper that's perfect for a low impact cardio workout. It's quiet and easy to use, and it comes with an adjustable tension knob for making the workout harder through greater resistance. It also comes with a set of resistance bands and everything comes fully assembled. I highly recommend this mini stepper if you're looking for an easy at home workout that you can do while watching YouTube or one of your shows.

Great protein source for very few calories
I'm so glad I found this protein powder. It provides 25g of protein for serving and less than 5 calories per serving. I was skeptical at the claim, but I have definitely noticed a difference in muscle tone since implementing Humapro. Moreover, it doesn't leave you feeling bloated since it is dairy free, sodium free, etc. I will most definitely be repurchasing (and I already have, in fact). I like the Southern Sweet Tea flavor, but the Sour Grape not so much. I have already ordered the Apple Cider flavor and am looking forward to trying it out. There is an aftertaste to the product so I usually add more water to dilute the flavor. However, all in all, I highly recommend Humapro, especially if you're trying to up your protein without upping your calories. Love this stuff!
