  I paid more for the shipping then the item and the shipping was terrible. It was in a plastic bag type envelope and it was ripped which cause the scarf to get dirty . I send picture to eBay and I didn't get a response until after the holiday but this time I had washed the scarf and gave it away as part of a gift. When eBay finally got back to me they told me to contact the seller which I did and they didn't help . Beware

  100% Positive Feedback before this ($11 purchase) Item was shipped out in a plastic clothing bag like Amazon uses. Buyer claims it was ripped when it arrived but was unable to provide a picture to me and was unable to return the item for a full refund as the item was already gifted. USPS will not refund for an item damaged without any proof. I did offer a partial refund to cover her trouble but no reply. I am sorry the item was damaged in shipping, unfortunately that was out of my control.
