Wide applicability
Using roger williams’ book of the same title as a basis for discussion, nussbaum’s treatment of the subject is comprehensive and relevant. I’m reading just a few pages at a time because there is a lot to digest, but i’m finding it very understandable and relatable. Most importantly for myself, attention is given not just to the various religions, but also to those who lack religion, and how the relevant clauses of the constitution need to be considered to ensure fairness for all our citizens.
