  I sent an offer to the seller and I didn't hear anything from ebay initially so I thought the offer wasn't accepted. Then a couple if days later eBay emailed me reminding me to pay so the item could be shipped. So I thought I must have won and just didn't get the notification. So I paid, happy because it was a gift for someone. They provided a delivery date. Then maybe a week later, I received a notification that I would be receiving a refund. No explanation, nothing. Not impressed.
