Blue pull cord rope
Easy to use, very low friction in ducts, useful for it to be on a drum (as without gets tangled)

Concrete core cutter
I’ve used these expensive but absolutely brilliant cutters for drilling through floors in order to bring up sleeping for water supply pipes.
Its SDS Max fitting , a powerful drill is required, and you need to keep clearing the hole as you drill. Adding water to cool/lubricate helps.
I’ve never had any of the drills or bits break, and that’s using 3 extensions. Cuts a clean hole in vibrated/extra strong concrete.
Far superior to the hollow tube type core cutters.
Highly recommendable product, not cheap but the best out there.
