Genuine Phillips product??
38 von 40 finden das hilfreich I researched many Sonicare replacement heads that are not made by Phillips. I decided that I did not want to compromise my dental health by buying a cheap replacement, so I invested in what I thought was true Phillips product. Upon use, these new heads are extremely noisy in comparison with my original heads. I further compared my original heads with these replacements. My original heads had the Phillips name and Sonicare brand printed on the shaft. The replacement heads have no reference to Phillips or Sonicare at all - the only identification shown is "eSeries". Although the replacement heads are shipped in Phillips branded packaging, I have my doubts if they are genuine product. I will not buy again!
