Very bad experience with the molding process

Mixed the 2 components according instructions and filled both ears. Normally a popping sound should coming up. After 10 minutes nothing happened. Felt still sticky. Waited another 10 minutes. Finally spend half hour with double dozen of cotton swaps to get all the sticky not bonding material out of my ears. Have had a set before without problems, but be aware their is poor stuff in the market.
