Packs a Lot into a Small Volume.
I purchased this book to replace a copy I bought (and somehow mislaid) in the early 1990s. And it's as good as I remember it. The book covers the whole spectrum of views about Life and its 'meaning' (or lack of it), ranging from conventional Christianity to Atheism and Existentialism, and provides a lucid introduction to and summary of the views of a whole range of writers and theologians. It was, more or less, the fruit of the main author's life's research into the topic, and he sadly died not long after its publication. It is a credit to him that he explains all the differing and competing world-views so dispassionately and fairly, and leaves the reader to make their own mind up. It is not just a great read, but a work of reference that you can return to time and again.

Top Marks...but very hard to find!
Excellent product. Alas, I suspect that it has been discontinued by Garnier. It's certainly very hard to find in the UK.

A REAL BARGAIN
Superb lamp at a bargain price. Ideal for reading in bed, especially for those bedrooms that don't have many mains sockets. Nice size - not obtrusive, but big enough to do the job very effectively. Highly recommended.
