  Shipped fast, seemed to be packed OK but a chunk was broken off one of the evergreen trees that was not shown in the pictures and I could not find the piece that broke off in the packaging.

  Packaged was well-wrapped so the cup wouldn t break. Very happy with the item, but USPS took forever to send it (was stuck at one post office for a few days). Don t fault the seller for that. Would buy from again.
