Awesome Power Walk

I've been using this walk video off and on for many years. I manage to hang in with the group through the 45 minutes of vigorous walk, kicks, knee lifts, and weights. When I watch what I eat as well, I loose weight, -about a lb. each week. In the last five weeks I have been consistent and I've lost 5 lbs. and I can see the difference. The weights are toning me up as well. I ordered two new dvd's to share with my family and friends, also I wanted to make sure I had another available just in case something happened to mine. Years previous I ordered xtras and gave them to members of the family. I've tried a few other walk videos with Leslie but this is my favorite one. Almost anyone can do it, and it is a simple, straight forward workout. This one is not very available for purchase as it is one of the older videos.

Experience early times of the dress and living conditions of ancestors.

I'm interested in geneology and I felt the Civil War DVD's would give me more of an insight into the times of my ancestors. I have not viewed the DVD's as yet, but I'm sure they will be useful.
