It’s ok
Mafex is known to make figures that have loose sockets and joints. I took mine and added a little superglue and moved the joints around for a bit and that solved the problem. I prefer it over the S.H. Figure arts, because he’s a little taller and not as chunky. The figure is a great figure, it feels secure, but the shoulders pop out easily, so watch out!! You have been warned...If you’re willing to risk it...just add some superglue to the ball join and stick it back into the shoulder, then swivel the joint around for a couple minutes until you feel that it doesn’t stick anymore and that the joints has gotten thicker. I love the figure. Just wish it came with more hands and the sticky bomb gun like the S.H. Figure arts Batman comes with
