  Purchased item as buy it now. Was informed it was listed wrong by partner and they were going to refund. Cancellation notice stated “issue with buyers address” the amount was not even the same numbers to have been an accidental listing by forgetting a zero. Buy it now was $55 which is a reasonable price for item and seller said they now wanted $200. This is bad practice and goes against eBay policy. It’s not on the buyer if listing is not listed correctly price and they have paid what was asked
