Before purchase, seller answered question succinctly. The item is as described. The hard drive product shipped in a USPS padded envelope, resulting in light crushing of box lid. Would have preferred shipment in a cardboard box and padding. Fortunately HD was unharmed and is functioning normally. Appreciative of the seller's prompt shipment and delivery a week earlier than projected.

The item is New and a good buy. The seller gave me a discount that made the price a lot better than others listed on auction. It was one small hitch on shipping but after I contacted the seller asking for a tracking number, he shipped the item the next day so he shipped it 4 day shipping making up for the six day delay in shipping,, So I am well pleased with my order and would buy from the seller again!!!

Very fast shipping. Ordered Thanksgiving evening and delivered the following Monday afternoon. The box was wrapped in bubble wrap and foam inserts to prevent damage. The John Wick figure looks flawless and all accessories were complete-- you can barely tell that it is a previously owned figure. A wonderful addition to my collection. I would buy from this seller again!
