Didn't work

I downloaded this, twice, from 2 different download areas linked by the supplier, (Dropbox and iCloud Transfer), and neither version would load. And believe me I attempted to load this literally a dozen times. I know the technical specifications of my computer weren't the problem, (the supplier acknowledged that). I even completely erased the hard drive and re-set the computer back to factory settings, then re-installed High Sierra. I opened access to the computer 'from any App supplier', followed the instructions meticulously, including the 'work-arounds' recommended on YouTube by the supplier, and still this wouldn't load. A dialogue box saying 'the app provider was blocked' was all I got each time. The supplier had no explanation as to why it wouldn't load, saying only that other customers had no problem with. I can understand and accept why no refunds are available for downloads, so I've just put it down to experience. You get what you pay for, and in this instance I got absolutely nothing. hey ho.
