You know the game you've been looking for? Well here it is.
This is exactly what I had been looking for, a fun solo deck building game. You can control the level of difficulty and every time you play it's a different game. There is a great online community at BoardGameGeek with loads of fan made content for organizing the cards, advanced solo rules and even custom expansions.
Get the base game and learn how to play it and then do some research before buying any expansions.

Good value for a budget DJ
It works very well but for a few dollars more you can get one that has more options and is remote-controlled.

Jut buy it!!
This is a perfect addition to the game. It's got loads of iconic heroes and villains as well as some new rules. This has also been a gateway into the Marvel comic world because it gives you some starting points. For example I had heard of team X-Force but didn't really know anything about them other than Deapool and Cable. After reading a few of the X-Force comics and learning about the other members I am now a fan.
