Good value for old fans of The State who don't want to be at the mercy of streaming services
In a world of streaming rights coming and going uncontrollably, it's nice to own some stuff. The State is both funny and cringeworthy, as any product of its time (closing in on 30 years old?) tends to be. The nostalgia is strong, but the humor has bright moments for first time viewers too, and seeing so many still working actors in their youth is pretty fun.
