Best device for crunches/situps
Best device for crunches/situps. The click tells you when you have done enough, Headrest keeps your neck from straining. Better than any abroller or similar device. I am sorry to see that they have discontinued it. Perfect Cruch is no substitute, sadly.

Surprise!
I bought this on a whim, because of the mathematical title, and that I liked most of the other titles listed by the seller.
Fun songs, and quite a quirky variety... if you like Ween or Flaming Lips or The Mercury Tree or Broken Social Scene, Monty Python and The Rocky Horror Picture Show, you will probably enjoy this band, too. Open mind and sense of humor are definitely required!

Great Puzzles!
Great puzzles, nice variety of challenges for sure, from Moderate (15-20 mins) to Deadly (1-2 hours!). This series is the best one I have found. Easy to read and mark, because they take care to make the cages light and close to the edge. Nice, smooth, high quality newsprint paper that erases nicely.
