Sadly, you are better off looking elsewhere.
These were obviously heavily used mining boards, which I was okay with as I didn't fully realize how much degradation that actually causes the hardware, but I got to experience that at least with these.
The first board fried, and upon close examination it was the actual chip-set that melted and broke, after removing the Heat-spreader for it I was able to see part of the silicon had fused to the actual heatsync. This was cool, but it meant we were 1/2 for our upgrades. (We wanted to upgrade before the release of Endwalker)
The second board was troublesome, but we were able to get it working enough to play the game. However, when we tried to rest game streams as well as video recording, it broke the day of Endwalker. thankfully I had a spare board around so we weren't prevented from enjoying the game. but It definitely shows, these boards were not "Fully Tested" including a proper Stress Test. sadly they were only tested with minimal hardware configurations to not stress the degraded conditions of the boards and risk profit.
