good for older style outlets
Been looking for this product for a LONG time. prongs not polarized, but female side is. Allows me to plug in two wall warts "nose to nose" in one standard wall outlet with out having to use a power strip. Could be dangerous if you don't know what you are doing. Also a good work around if you have older style outlets that will not accept a polarized plug.

Japanese instructions
When I first opened up my purchase I feared I'd bought a knock-off. All printed material was in Japanese. A quick visit to the Fluke website confirmed it was a fluke licensed product. Fluke also has the instruction in English to download which I did.
Observations
found one battery tang was not fully pulled up into battery compartment. An easy fix.
Gripes
to prop up the meter you use the battery compartment cover, which exposes the batteries.
if meter is jostled, the batteries fall out.
Like it seems with all meters these days, the meter ships with those nasty plastic leads that tangle the moment you turn your head away. I Had a extra set of Fluke rubber leads which worked perfectly. AC/DC voltage ranges within two decimal places compared to my best bench meters.

The real thingt
I've always found Hubble to be a top notch product. when you need a high amperage product .
when I need a "must not fail under stress or load" product I buy Hubble.
Not some foreign knock-off.
