I had to modify the wiring a bit to fit my 1995 Disco 1 distributor, but it did work.

Works.
Be prepared to bend the pipe to fit, and it may take heating it up a bit with a torch. Because the ends are already attached, you can’t use a tubing bender. So go slow and be patient not to kink the pipe.
