Exactly as pictured. I looked far and wide to get an exact match so I could refurbish an old set of hinges. I bought these and was very happy that they came EXACTLY as pictured!

Steep learning curve for me, but maybe you're good enough in IT stuff to be motivated to learn how to use it.
This product is probably just fine, but I was smart enough in IT stuff to get it up and running. I lost interest in it and did not put it to use. It probably works, I just wasn't up to the task. So, maybe I'm disappointed more in myself than the product. Nevertheless, the product wasn't successful for me.
