Outstanding Customer Support

Was told by Verizon employee after being unable to find this item due to my original having deteriorated since purchase 3 years ago to contact OtterBox direct; after sending photos of the old item & supplying some basic information, the new item was shipped to me for a minor shipping charge only. Rotating flange is great

I purchased 5 after checking one first. 3 are installed inside a shower with 4" ceramic tiles. The rotating flange adapts to the grout lines vertically, horizontally and diagonally. The other 2 are screwed into studs on drywalled walls. The crosshatching improves the grip. The chrome finish shines. Overall - completely satisfied my objective.

Smaller than Expected

It is smaller than expected. Above average in quality. Doesn't 'wrap around' the torso. Good for a smaller person.
