I HAVE EYES!
And the bags are gone, leaving a perfectly smooth under eye. Be advised that this is only temporary, lasts about a day . I use it for special occasions as it takes some time to get it right. Don’t give up if at first you don’t succeed. I found the best instructions on YouTube & after following them, it was fabulous!
