Great for gaming, frees up your main keyboard.
I enjoy separating what I do on my computer. This gamepad allowed me to have a dedicated keyboard just for gaming. Now I can splurge on a separate keyboard that is not so gaming focused for all my other projects.
The software should get more credit than it deserves, it allows for unlimited key bindings. That being said, it is not perfect, it does have some bugs specific to this gamepad (at least from what I have found online). About the biggest problem I encountered was the movement keys got stuck after a few minutes of play. The fix is simple: turn off synapse. The device may not claim to have onboard memory, but even with synapse disabled the key bindings work.
Overall, it did exactly what I needed and wanted it to do. It gave me a dedicated gaming keyboard without having to sacrifice an entire keyboard for that purpose.
