I've always loved these and only replace...

I've always loved these and only replaced my other pair because I reversed my car over one of them... (don't ask). They're being phased out by Bose in favour of newer models but I find these fit my ears much better. I can run with them in without worrying they'll fall our, and the sound quality is (being Bose) excellent. Also: I love that they're purple.

Very pleased with this purchase - good support and easy to put on

I have hypermobility syndrome, and that comes with loose ankles that love to roll and sprain. I've tried various sorts of ankle sleeves and braces, from the chunky arduous lace-ups to the lightweight slip-ons, and I have to admit that so far I like these the best. I have a tendency to get inflammation in the posterior tibial tendon (attaches under the ankle bone on the *inside* of the foot), and the silicon pads cushion that area really well. I've taken these on three runs now, and I have really noticed the extra support - I feel safe to push off harder in my stride without the risk of the ankle collapsing under me. Highly recommend. The sizing is a good guide - personally I have very thin ankles over wide feet, so I tend to aim for a smaller size, accepting a little constriction on the foot for the extra support, but that hasn't been an issue with this product. They also come with a little "sock" to help put it on since the fabric clings to skin a bit - I didn't use that, because I wear these over compression socks, but it's a good idea.

Does what it says on the box - my old globes had weakened over time, this was a solid fix.
